What changes between plans
Only three things scale with the plan you pick: how many content-update requests you get each month, how many pages your plan covers, and how fast we respond.
What's not included
- Paid third-party products. Any plugin, app, theme, or software that requires its own paid license or subscription is not covered — you pay that provider directly. We'll always flag it before installing anything with a cost attached.
- New pages, redesigns, or custom features. Anything beyond your monthly content update requests is a separate project, quoted upfront.
- Hosting, domain, and email costs. Care Plans cover the upkeep of your site, not the underlying hosting, domain registration, or email service fees.
- Fixes for changes made outside our team. If another developer, app, or the client makes changes to the site directly, we're not responsible for issues that causes — we're happy to look into it, but it may fall outside the plan.
- Content accuracy. You're responsible for reviewing and approving content before it goes live.

No. Our Care Plans work the same way whether your site runs on Framer, WordPress, or another platform — we handle the technical side.
No problem — extra work is quoted and billed separately, or you can upgrade to the next plan.
One specific, bounded change — editing existing text on a page, replacing an image, updating contact details, or a small layout adjustment. A larger ask, like building a brand-new page from scratch, counts as more than one request (we'll always tell you upfront if something will use more than one).
Yes, you can move up or down between plans at any time — most clients start on Basic or Growth and upgrade as their site grows.
