Yes. Our price covers design and development. Framer's own subscription — required to keep any site published — is billed separately, directly by Framer, to whoever owns the Framer account. See "What Framer costs" above for current plan pricing.
The site goes offline. This is how Framer's platform works for every site on it, not a policy of ours—it's the same as any subscription-based host or platform when payment stops. The site itself isn't lost, though — once the subscription is paid and reactivated, we can get it back online for you.
Not directly. Framer doesn't offer a code or file export, so a move to another platform means rebuilding the site there, not migrating it. If long-term portability matters most to you, WordPress is the better starting point.
You do — that's our policy on every project, not just a suggestion. Your site lives on your own Framer account, registered and paid for by you, with full access and full ownership on your side. We're never the ones in control of your site or your billing.
Yes — you'll have full access to the Framer CMS and visual canvas to edit text and content, and we'll walk you through it at launch. For anything more involved, our Care Plans cover ongoing content updates so you don't have to.
